The Angel who Smiled at Me - WIP

So then of COURSE I had to do this lovely lady! Esmeralda!

I LOVE doing her eyes and hair she's just so gorgeous I can't get over it! I worked especially hard on her eyes to make sure to get the softness of them, but capture the beauty of them as well.

I really do love her character, so strong and independent yet caring and loving at the same time. She cares deeply for her people and wishes more then anything for equality. She's never afraid to stand up for what she knows is right.

Her strength is admirable, almost as much as the strength of her heart is. She is willing to go to great lengths to protect and care for those who are close to her, even those who aren't.

Being one of the few who stood up for Quasimodo at the Feast of Fools, I know Phoebus wanted to, but you never got to see him argue the point because the sudden silence of the crowd caught his and Frollo's attention.

She saved Phoebus from getting beheaded after saving the millers family. She even took him to Quasimodo for help. She saved Quasi and Phoebus from getting hung at the Court of Miracles and she even held onto Quasimodo's hand to keep him from falling, despite how heavy he must have been.

Her kindness and caring is what a love about her character as much as her determination and headstrong personality. She can take care of herself, and others as well...not to mention she's gorgeous as well.

I know she's not perfect and I'm not touting her to be, I'm just saying what I love about her personality, she tends to speak out of turn which might make things worse, and does a lot of things without thinking, which is a good and bad thing. She holds no trust for soldiers, as she should the brutes, as well as Frollo himself.

Anyway, I am REALLY proud of how she turned out. Most especially her hair and eyes. I worked hours on it!
